Go to that app pack that i made and open it, go to the dot halo folder and open dot halo.  This will only open if you got WINace. You will see a bunch of windows, hit open map and go to the folder in progress and open warlock.  form there i will see a window in dot halo named "tags "

hit [weap] weapons and hit the sniper rifle like the picture shows.

Then you will see a window called tag editor, you will have to scroll over to the right to see it.

Once you see it, you will see a binch of checkable boxes, only check "dual wieldable"

 

after you do this go back to tags and hit save changes, then in the box where you hit open map, hit fix encryption, then close map.

(hit free at the bottom then scroll down and wait till the seconds are done counting down then the download window will come up.

 

once you have this, open it and hit beginning then exicuite.  First it asks for the original map, so go to backup and click warlock, then it asks for the modded map, so go to in progress and hit that warlock, then 2 more windows will come up, just hit yes.

 

Ok now that you have a modded map ready to go, open up smartFTP again and connect.  go to the folder with warlock (the first one) and right click it, and delete it.  From there go to in progress and you will see something that says warlock.map, drag that into the FTP window where warlock used to be and let it load.  It will be called warlock.map.map, so just rename warlock.map

Now DO NOT SIGN INTO XBOX LIVE WHILE MODS ARE ON, YOU WILL GET BANNED.  So go to split screen and go to warlock, make it so you start with sniper (human) and make them on the map too, go over one and hold Y.  You will have 2 snipers in your hand (although it doesnt say "hold Y to duel wield, you can still do it)  Now say you want to sign into live, FTP again and delete the modded warlock map out of the window, and drag the warlock from the backup folder into the FTP window.  Now you wont get banned for modding :-)
